The Process
 
Choose your preferred cleaning service (Classic or Super) and the number of jewellery pieces you wish to send for cleaning.
 
I will send you email instructions after an order is placed and a form to confirm the details of item(s) that you will be sending. 
 
If you do not know the metal of your jewellery, a hallmark will identify this. However, if you cannot find this or if you do not know the stone, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to help. 
 
It is your [the Customer] responsibility to send Hannah Rose Jewellery your jewellery items, securely packaged in an appropriate manner and using a suitable service. I strongly suggest for your jewellery to be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery – Next Day Guaranteed. However, please note that sending jewellery is done so at your own risk and Hannah Rose Jewellery has no responsibility for any lost or stolen items during transit to and from Hannah Rose Jewellery – please see your chosen courier’s T&Cs for further information. 
 
Once received, I will carefully inspect the jewellery for any damage and photographs of the jewellery will be taken for reference.  
 
Should jewellery not be suitable for cleaning, I will email to advise and your jewellery will be returned to you. A refund minus the cost of return postage will then be issued. 
 
Hannah Rose Jewellery will then clean your jewellery as per your chosen package.  For the Super Clean, Buff & Polish, care will be taken to remove light surface scratches during the buffing process but this is not guaranteed.
 
I will email you as soon as your jewellery is ready for posting and this will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery – Next Day Guaranteed, along with a polishing cloth for you to help keep your jewellery bright and sparkly.

Important - Please kindly note that this service is not suitable for base metals (including plated jewellery and fashion jewellery) or vintage/antique jewellery that is significantly worn to the point that further damage may be caused.
