HOW DO I PLACE A BESPOKE ORDER?

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER?
Some premade designs can be customised e.g. requesting a different length chain. Please note that additional charges will apply.

I also offer a range of customised jewellery made to order, such as my Personalised Silver Pebble Pendants.

For a truly perosnal experience, I also offer a Bespoke Design service.
WHEN WILL BE ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
HRJ Designs - In Stock
Jewellery that is currently in stock will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.

Made to Order Designs
Please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery for Made to Order designs. As always, I will endeavor to create and post your jewellery as soon as possible.

Commissions & Bespoke Orders
Timescales for commissions and bespoke orders will be advised at the time of consultation and placing the order - these take a little longer to complete and will also require assaying.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Your order will be beautifully and carefully packaged and posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For as standard.
CAN I UPGRADE MY DELIVERY?
Yes! This will be an additional cost, please contact us to enquire.
